Graphene and 2D Materials
I will present the fundamentals of physical properties in graphene and related two-dimensional materials and van der Waals heterostructures, insisting on their unique electronic and transport properties, as well as the richness of emerging quantum phenomena, which have fascinated a large and diversified scientific community over the past 17 years.
Special attention on the spin physics in those materials will be overviewed in the context of spintronic and quantum technologies.
